i'am the monkey bebe!!!!

you should see me go! i'm here, i'm there, i'm EVERYWHERE! i've mastered cruising and i'm starting to try to stand all on my own after letting go. mommy wonders if i'll walk for my first birthday. that is the day i will go to the zoo. mommy has mixed feelings about the zoo. but we will go anyway. she says i will like the monkeys, cause i'm really a little monkey and not a boy. she told me this today when i was making monkey noises.

yesterday, i got a box. mommy's 'puter came in it. it's a big box. i can sit in it, turn it over, lay on it. i put my toys in, i take them out. then, i want to turn on the light. then, i turn it off. after that, i chase the cat. he scratches me, but i just laugh and get him again. i have little scratches all over my hands.

i like eating o's. i don't choke on them anymore, and i can bite through them! and brocoli. mmmmmmmmm brocoli. i also like banana. and pasta. and avacado. but i still really like nursing best. i'm very hungry. all the time.

last week i had the flu. i was still happy though. mommy had it first. then me. now daddy. he was home with us for two days this week! i poked his nose, pulled his glasses off his face, and patted his belly. he slept a lot. we don't like the flu.

i have to go now. mommy and i will read a book or two. i like my books. i don't eat them so much now. mommy says books are for reading, not eating. my exploring finger likes books with fuzzy things on them. my exploring finger also likes to pick up o's to eat. i'm hungry again.
